Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey completed 5/25/2022, Interim Healthcare Of Northwest Pennsylvania had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare recertification and State licensure survey completed 1/04/2022.
